My feeling is that Ramsey is worth that contract in those current market.
Arsenal should have paid the man.
Now we lose a proven class midfielder for nothing.

Juventus and AC Milan are monitoring Aaron Ramsey’s contract discussions at Arsenal, with the midfielder able to move for free next summer.
Arsenal have been unable to agree terms with the Welshman, which has alerted Serie A champions Juventus.
Milan are also thought to be keeping a close eye on the situation, with outgoing Arsenal chief executive Ivan Gazidis having agreed to join them later this year. Gazidis’s role at Arsenal means he will be familiar with Ramsey’s contract negotiations.
Meanwhile, Danny Welbeck insists he is happy to be patient at Arsenal and wait for a regular first-team role under Unai Emery.
